I am writing to say thank you for the outstanding service by you and your associates. First, we appreciate your responsiveness. You personally came out at 8pm on a Friday night in response to our service call earlier that afternoon and assisted us in choosing a new system to replace our 22 year old system. Bill and Joe arrived on time the next day. They were personable and professional as they worked non-stop. Our job was a particularly difficult one due to the physical layout of our townhome. Bill and Joe had to bring the old system and the new one through our living room (a first for them)! It could have been a horror story, but they were able to maneuver huge pieces of crusty old equipment without disturbing our home or furnishings. Nothing less than a miracle. Despite the logistical challenges, Houston heat, humidity, thundershowers and mosquitoes, Bill and Joe maintained their sense of humor. We had a comfortable cool home that day. My husband and I are repeat customers. Your company serviced our A/C system in a prior home, which we still own, about five years ago. My brother is also a satisfied customer. I wanted to thank you for the careful job you did installing my new air conditioning and heating system. This was a big job, two units (compressors and condensers) and some duct work. Your workers and you were careful not to damage the walls or carpet; this was an achievement as it was a messy job and our carpet is white. You also listened to me when I told you that my landscaping is very important to me and were very careful not to damage or destroy any plants
I also appreciate the time you spent designing the system such that we could maximize the efficiency and minimize the cost; we have seen a nice reduction in our electric bills.
Since the job, you have been very prompt in coming out to do follow up work, whether the problem occurred on a weekend or at other times.

A while back I wanted to tell you how happy I was wish the new air conditioner you installed for me, but life got very busy for me, and I lost track of time. Nevertheless, it has now been more than three years since you installed the American Standard, and the A/C still works like a charm. I set it to cool or heat, and it does its job. And my electric bill is much more to my liking than when I had the old A/C
So basically, this letter is to thank you (and Joe) for doing such a good install job and for installing such a good brand of air conditioner.
I am well pleased with the unit, and I can recommend it and your company to anyone who needs a new A/C (or any A/C repair work).

I wanted to thank you again for the very thorough maintenance check you performed on my A/C yesterday. I will never forget 2 years ago, before I met you, when I was 8 months pregnant in the middle of July and my ceiling collapsed after my A/C drain pan over-flowed because the drain lines were clogged with algae. That was one of the most frightful experiences of my life.
As a new home owner, I had no idea that I should have my A/C inspected and the drain lines cleans regularly. I would have assumed that the inspector would have checked that and told me to have them cleaned prior to using the A/C, but now I know better.
Since you installed a new A/C and furnace system a year and a half ago, I saw a definite reduction in my electric bills of 10-20% last summer compared to the previous summer. My highest bill last summer was 20% less than my highest bill the previous summer.
Also, now that you come twice a year to inspect, maintain and clean my system, I am confident that my system runs at peak performance, will last far beyond any manufacturer warranty and my home is carbon monoxide-free. And lest we forget, I know that I will never be awakened to the sound of water dripping through the ceiling again.
Most importantly, I appreciate your quality of workmanship and integrity. You have educated me so much on my heating and cooling system. You never tried to over-sell me on a unit I didn't need, you didn't cut corners just to save yourself time or effort and you have always stood behind your work.
I wish I could find other professional contractors, plumbers and electricians with the same level quality, integrity and reliability as you. I recommend you to everyone I know and will continue to work with you as long as I own a home.

but he did a great job talking to me and servicing my AC which had a bad Freon leak. I appreciate his candor and honesty and Allowing me

Last fall A-1 Tops replaced my 1977 vintage A/C and furnace with a new modern American Standard 3.5 ton unit. I’d like to tell you how
much I appreciate the prompt, professional you and your company gave me. After approximately 6 months of the broiling Houston summer,
I’m pleased to let you know that the system you installed makes my home completely comfortable at all times. More importantly, my monthly
utility bills have decreased by 50% after the modern energy efficient unit was installed.
This 50% reduction in utility bills is even more impressive considering that my home is a Poorly insulated Heights bungalow

This is a letter telling you how pleased I am to have “stumbled” upon your air conditioning company last year. In June 2002
I had a problem with my AC and had to call someone out to have a look. I was extremely fortunate when your company was referred
to me. Your arrived quickly on that very hot day and fixed the problem. You also took the time to educate me about some things
I should do during the year to try to get the most out of my unit. This year I decided to get an early jump on things, so I called
you to come and do a service check-up. At this time I met Bill, who works for you. He Efficiently cleaned and inspected the rest
of my cooling/heating situation. I had inquired about an extra vent in my living room because that room only had one outlet and
was much warmer in the summer that the rest of the house. Bill also showed me some other solutions to small problems in my attic.
Bill gave me a quote on the supplies and work to be done. The next morning Bill and his brother came to add the vent and upgrade
my system. They thoroughly added, repaired, and upgraded my existing ductwork. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism
and friendliness (and even did a good job cleaning up after themselves). Bill took the time to explain what work was being done and
how I should maintain it. I also took out a service agreement with your company. I felt the price was very reasonable and I am looking
forward to my two yearly check-ups.
I have already told my family and neighbors about your good work and friendly service. I hope I may help your business grow, as you
